The Yiren Law Firm is one of the oldest partnership-based law firms in Modern China (since 1993). Mr Zhiwei Fu, the director and partner of Yiren Law Firm, has over 30 years of experience of legal practice. He has been legal advisor to many large enterprises and listed companies in China. Ms Dongxia Xie, a partner of Yiren Law Firm, has been working as a lawyer for 26 years and is a specialist in company mergers and acquisitions.
